Neolife Salmon Oil

I have experience some injury in my left foot, injury like that when you play basketball and fall on your left foot and it bends, and wow that really hurts, I mean dang it hurts. I suffer the pain maybe more than 3 months, and I was searching for supplements for the pain. 

Accidentally, I have watched in youtube about salmon oil, neolife salmon oil. The woman's husband suffered from joint pains and on his foot, they went to the doctor and the doctor recommended to take medicine for the rest of his life, but luckily somebody introduced to the wife about neolife salmon oil, and they tried it. After a month taking it, joint pain was gone, so I tried it too.

Smartypants More than a Multi-Vitamin

Searching for a multi-vitamin that has everything has been hard. My son now doesn't want to take Neolife Vita Squares and I have been searching for a multi-vitamin that has already DHA. 

Luckily, I saw this Smartypants vitamin at S & R, Davao City. Its a multi-vitamin that has DHA already. I tried this for my son. He likes it, although the gummies have sugar in it. It is non-GMO also. For 3 years old and above, one must take 4 gummies. This vitamin has also many good reviews at amazon. I trust this one.

Fern C or Sodium Ascorbate is a vitamin c supplement. It is the leading non-acidic vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) in the Philippines. 

Honestly, I never trusted this, until I have tried it. My son is only 3 years old, and finding a vitamin c supplement is a challenge.
